Permit Request Packet

The following items should be completed and transmitted to the Farm Review Committee for Review and Approval

• Farm Review Committee Checklist

• Zoning Permit Application

• Building Permit Application if needed (this is a special non-carbon multi-copy form and must be obtained from the Building Department)

• Plan and Elevation Drawings for each structure covered by the permit (see instructions).

• Plot view showing location of all structures on your property and the proposed structures, if any (see instructions).

• Photo and copy of permit for each structure that you already have a permit.

• Completed and signed Agricultural Plan (  [Planning] Director's Mandatory Conditions of Approval Form)

• Completed and signed [Planning] Director's Mandatory Declaration Form if structure qualifies for Act 203 Exemption

• Completed and signed Agricultural Building Exemption Form if exempt.
