Instructions for Submitting Permit Requests to the Farm Review Committee

• Review and complete the Farm Review Committee Checklist and all documents in the Permit Request Packet.

• "Small" pole structures will not require a permit but please include a photo and dimensions in the packet. Also they must be shown on the plot plan.
  

• The plot plan should include all existing and known future structures and should show locations of of orchards, crops and animal pens. Example.
  

• The Zoning Permit Application should be filled out by the owner but must be signed by the Association President.

• Submit all documents to the Farm Review Comittee for review and submission to the Planning Department.
